Privacy Notice
Heritage Ride Manager keeps each transportation company’s customer, trip, payment, expense, driver, vehicle, receipt, and note records private to that company. Records are used to operate the service, produce reports, provide reminders, and support company-authorized workflows.
Local testing
The current test build stores business data on the local computer running the server. External AI, card processing, email, SMS, and public directory sharing are disabled unless separately configured.
Your choices
Company owners control exports, backups, AI preferences, licensed directory access, and user roles. Production customers will be given contact instructions for access, correction, export, and deletion requests before marketplace launch.
